You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.
- Can I pay for my taxi using a credit or debit card?
As well as paying by cash on the day, we offer the option of paying by credit or debit card using PayPal.
- How can I find out what my journey will cost?
You can get an instant quote for your journey using our online quotation tool.
- Will the number of passengers affect the cost?
Our charges are for the vehicle used and not the number of passengers.
- Are there any journeys you cannot cover?
No. Our taxis will be able to take you to wherever you need to go.
- Can I book in advance?
Online bookings can be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need one of our cabs within 24 hours, you will need to call our operators to confirm availability and make the booking.
- Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes. We have 8 seater, 12 seater and 16 seater cabs available. We also offer minibus hire for large parties.
- If my flight is delayed will I have to pay more?
As long as you tell us your flight number when making your booking, if there is a delay to your flight we will not charge you extra. We always check on the arrival of your flight so that we are there to meet you when you arrive.
- How will I find my driver at the airport?
AYour driver will have your contact information so that they can call you to arrange to meet them in a particular location at the airport. For an additional charge, we also offer a meet and greet service.
- Are your drivers qualified?
All of our drivers are fully trained and licensed by the local licensing authority.
